We ship out of our warehouse in Dallas, TX within 24 hours. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number.

RETURNS

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order and offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. We will accept your returns even if it's used, that's why we offer a 30 night sleep trial.

Eden & Om’s Mattress Pad is easy to care for.

We recommend spot clean or dry clean.

If you choose to machine wash, only opt for a rinse cycle, no spin. Machine dry on delicate, with low heat, or hang dry.
